Hello there! As we're in the middle of a Touhou deficiency on this site, I decided to join up as well. Much like Mamizou and Koishi, this character's from the Touhou series of bullet hells AND/OR derivative fanfic, rp, music and doujin spawning grounds it inevitably creates. I chose to play Satori Komeiji, Final Boss of Touhou 11: Subterranean Animism. She's the elder sister of Koishi, the adorable tentacle-ball recently gracing this rp spot.

To sum things up, Satori is...well, a Satori youkai with the ability to read the minds of other creatures, and like of the satori species of youkai, she has a third eye that allows these powers to work. Unlike Koishi, who closed her third eye to prevent herself from reading minds, Satori's ability can't be 'shut off', and most people dislike having their minds read, tending to stay away from socializing with strangers and people who might dislike her for unintentially probing their psyche.

Basically, she gets along a little better with animals, (and her little sister) than she does with people and while she's very reserved, bitter and cynical about most things, she does have a nice side. It just happens to be buried under a mountain of snark.
