She came to Kyrat initially as a doctor working with aid organizations in his early days of reign. She wrote a paper against the atrocities she saw in Kyrat, and he invited her and her family to his palace to show her a 12-step plan for improving the country. When she spoke out again, he took her family captive, and under threat of their lives forced her to become one of his lieutenants, and has her run the arena, overseeing vicious blood sports and trafficking humans as both participants and slaves as well as running his heroin business via the processing of opium. He mentions believing the former doctor has come to enjoy it, and seems amused by the idea.
