There are indeed houses! Those who make a very high salary (four or five stars) would be able to afford a mortgage, though they would have to demonstrate the ability to hold down a full-time job with reliability. For more than one character to live in the house, they could combine their salaries to equal the star-equivalent. The houses are similar to your average modern-day house you'd find down any neighborhood street. Unlike most cities, however, the houses are interspersed with businesses in one big happy hodgepodge mix. I think houses will be listed in their own section, much like businesses, and will need an address to be added to the map.
