Obligatory Roman question: as someone 99% unfamiliar with everything Pokemon, if one joins Team Rocket and steals Pokemon, is there anything special method/powers/??? Team Rocket does with that or do they literally just steal people's Pokeballs? What happens if they steal a pokemon but not the owner's pokeball? HELP I MISSED THIS CHAPTER OF CHILDHOOD
