Even if Eas can't keep control of the actual spirits here, she has control over her regular creations which would probably prove pretty useful to Cinder. Emerald has already said that she might want to be involved in this as well, might be a good time for them all to meet?

I'd certainly be up for a round 2 between Nanoha and Eas as well.
