Weiss plans on trying to get all capable staff from Schnee Company to attempt to escort people safely out of Genessia and Everglade to the Nova City Branch, since Nova City is safe. The NC Branch will act as an impromptu refugee camp for anyone they rescue to stay until it this crisis is solved.
Anyone from Schnee Co. who doesn't want to be involved in this, please just assume your character got separated in the crisis to do whatever they do. Armin will be managing the refugee camp, Weiss will be leading Schnee Co. people who are capable of helping in Genessia and Everglade. She is totally going to bust out bluetooth headsets for everyone who is with them so that they can have hands-free communication in a fight if they need it.
