baranohanabira), player of Petra, Katara, Anna, Nico, Mitsuki, Nanoha and Cinder again, having been all too easily enabled by evil plurk meme by Terra to bringing in another magical girl. I'll play catch up with stuff right after this otl.

Meet Amu Hinamori from Shugo Chara! where she's the main character with four magical girl transformations, but you usually see only three since one of them only comes out when nothing else works. ...and then there'd be fifth too, but that's so far in her future, that we just don't know if anyone's ever going to find out here. Amu is an 11-ish year old tsundere girl, who has earned the nickname cool & spicy in her school due to her outer self always acting so cool and tough that it makes her really unapproachable and gets her reputation of kicking ass everywhere.

On the inside however, she's just very shy and doesn't really have any confidence at all and it's a lot about internal screaming and keysmashing inside her head while she acts the way she does on the outside! But she's actually really friendly, kind and caring, would love to be all girly at least sometimes instead of her usual goth punk clothes and all that... She's just horribly bad a showing it since she's been acting cool for too long back home and now she doesn't exactly know how to let go of it even if she does smile at people sometimes but that's kind of all you get. :x Also it's not like she knows what real Amu is even like, so wow yes hello girl, who confuses even herself! And tough girls don't cry ~~in public~~ or it's not like she was lonely at all before meeting friends in canon, what are you talking about?

Since Terra explained canon basics on Ikuto's OOC intro, I'll just link you there but Amu is obviously a girl fighting against Easter company! She has four guardian characters, known as Shugo Chara, yes they're all in that gif. They all have different personalities and abilities, that we won't go into much details here but... Pink is Ran for sports and optimistic attitude, blue is Miki for artistic stuff and calm, levelheaded tactics, green is Su for cooking, housework stuff (she loves cleaning okay, loves it) and reparing most things that are broken. Gold is Dia, but you won't be seeing much of her, though her starry attacks and defenses are pretty amazing. All of the main three can also do a thing called chara change to Amu, where she gets different skills without a full magical girl transformation... Look at her, she's totally the best chef around here. No she's not, that's just Su helping her or oooops, she didn't mean to say what she honestly thinks but that was Ran making her say it! I mean, Ran has literally made her confess to a guy in the middle of whole school, what a fun little character. Miki can make her draw the prettiest stuff, make her play any instrument flawlessly or do other artistic stuff.

...As for real attacks and defenses, well she has some of those too like all magical girls do, but she's also able to purify black / negative Heart's Eggs (or I guess it could potentially reach to other things, that can be magically purified here!) and is great at giving motivation speeches to others about how they shouldn't let the world get them down... Yeah, she really should learn to be good at telling the same to herself, but she rather helps others get over their problems!

Her canon point is right after helping Utau & the idol's manager moving into their new place, so that's very near the ending of book 6 of the manga and same stuff happens in the end of the first season of the anime! ...but since Dia's skills will eventually be from the manga, and because further seasons of the anime are so full of stupid filler episodes and stuff, I default to the manga even if anime is really similar with it to that point.

... also let's not go into the fact that shugo charas can't be seen by everyone in canon. If you want to see them, go for it! If you want to wonder why this girl is INSANE while she's talking to 3 invisible characters, go for that instead! Easy.
