Well, it is the friggen Roseblack, aka Terrestrial Julius Caesar aka Not Kuvira, so her general-ing skillz should be pretty easy to notice IC if that's all Adeline needs to be willing to take direction :V
Or she can always blow a few motes on Presence Excellencies if that's what it takes huehuehue
