Ejava will lend her combat and general-ing skills to any fighty group that wants her. Aside from magical wuxia fightan skillz she can buff people under her command (and protect them from her own AoE debuffs/damage), so she'll be most useful leading at least a subteam, but she won't insist on being at the very top of the chain of command.
