If you feel like getting one of his back, I'm pretty sure I can come up with something interesting, either serious/angsty, or utterly ridiculous (like confronting Laharl with the deceleration that he'd been training whilst wearing 1000 ton boxers). Disgaea seems to do both of these in fairly quick succession, so if that's something you're interested in lemme know what sorta flavour you want (angst/ridiculous/neutral).
